I created this 3D animation in Blender using STEP files provided by my client. They wanted to visualize the installation of their newly designed spindle wheel onto a gooseneck trailer. The goal was to clearly show the correct order of part assembly. This was crucial for both functionality and safety. I focused on the welding process to ensure it was visually clear and technically accurate. It highlights how the spindle integrates with the axle and suspension system. By combining realistic mechanical motion with detailed component modeling, I aimed to deliver a professional-looking animation. It also serves as a practical tool for engineering presentations, product validation, and client education.
